The lady at the front were very welcoming. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a large refrigerator, nice microwave even a stove top, but there’s no coffee in the room so bring your own. I’ll warm it up in the microwave. I would definitely stay here again
I'm giving 5 stars because of the service I received from Meeka. She was attentive & went way above & beyond the things she was required to do. Anything that we needed, she was there to help walk us through it. She is definitely an asset to this location.
Let me start off by saying first ANIKA IS THE BEST!!!! I can honestly say I was thoroughly surprised by how enjoyable my stay was here. I am currently homeless with my children, thankfully just locked in a place but was going between hotels For what was the supposed to be only a couple weeks that turned into Two months. It wasn’t easy With our transition While searching for a house, but I can definitely say that this hotel made it a lot easier with Not only being affordable but very hospitable. The only issue I had when we got there was that there was a drawer with a broken door on it I let him know. I even told him that they could take their time fixing it, but they fixed it immediately! Very quick with solving problems or any issues that you may have had it was just all around a great experience and a huge relief off my back. If I ever had a crisis or something where to happen to where I needed a place to stay for a couple days until I got my stuff together(I’m knocking on wood now) This will be the first place I would go to.
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Meka is by far the nicest and she's definitely our favorite employee that works here. We have been here a little over a month and she has helped out so much. Our kids love her to pieces.
I would recommend this to people who enjoy excellent service and privacy. Ms. Shamekia (super nice lady) makes sure all your room necessities are taking care of. It doesn’t matter if you are here just one night or a lifetime, you can trust the people at the front desk will make your stay…. A great one! Only thing i would change, I NEED A OVEN
My room is nice and clean. I arrived after office hours and was able to get a young gentleman on the phone whom was so polite, quickly came over to get me checked in. Great experience
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience during my stay, and much of that is thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel manager. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, addressing requests promptly and with a genuine smile. It’s clear they truly care about the guests and take pride in maintaining high standards of service. Their professionalism combined with a warm, personal touch made me feel valued and at home. I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.
